The next-generation chemical process management with the Internet of Things (IoT) and cyber-physical systems combined with VA/VE and global on-site support make the manufacturing process control and management robust. This innovation helps detect and avoid impermissible operating states at an early stage through automated condition monitoring & predictive maintenance of chemical management systems.

Chemical process optimization is a methodology in which all the interlinking chemical process steps of a plant are optimally coordinated with each other—from design and development to actual implementation. The Cut, Clean, Protect & Pack (CCPP) Solution from Zavenir Daubert is a unique approach that harmonizes technologies and expertise to create value.
The overall objective of the Cut, Clean, Protect & Pack (CCPP) Solution enables customers to delegate performance ownership of their operations right from the raw material stage up to the finished product stage to Zavenir Daubert. While they can focus on their core processes without worrying about the chemistries interacting with their parts, a team of Zavenir Daubert experts works on a module to map, study, suggest and implement optimizations in processes, products, and technologies.
VALUE ANALYSIS / VALUE ENGINEERING
Zavenir Daubert VA/VE program begins with understanding technical and commercial needs. After an in-depth study, the chemistry expert team recommends cost-effective process optimizations and value-based product recommendations. A joint action plan is prepared for a Product Benefit Demonstration (PBD), and subsequent steps are carried out by the dedicated service team under the supervision of a chemistry expert team and customer representatives. Upon completing the PBD, technical teams manage replication and monitor success even after the PBD and Kaizen or continual improvement process is initiated.
Typically in manufacturing, a component journeys through various stages of operations right from raw material to finished goods. Metal cutting to metal treatment and packaging involves using chemicals of diverse chemistries and at times sourced from several suppliers. Harmony between all these chemicals is crucial but often neglected until failures and rejections occur. Hence, there is a need to optimize the entire chemical process.
