At Zavenir Daubert, our Learning and Development philosophy is based on three pillars: leadership development, organizational readiness for the future and individual capability development for higher performance in current role.

Individual development plans are curated for each employee with a focus on building capabilities for their current roles and also preparing them for future roles. We follow holistic 70:20:10 capability building approach with the belief that 70 percent of learning happens on-the-job through stretch assignments, job enlargement and enrichment, 20 percent through coaching with senior leaders and external interventions, and 10 percent through classroom and e-learnings.
