EHS Sustainability
As an industry leader, we believe that protecting and minimizing our operations and products' negative impact on the environment is our fundamental responsibility. In line with this belief, we have identified and implemented measures in environmentally friendly product technologies, carbon emission reduction, energy management, resource conservation, plastic waste recycling, and green initiatives in all areas of our business operations.
Zavenir Daubert's state-of-the-art production facility is annually re-certified with the latest EMS and OHSAS management systems. Special considerations are given with structured control mechanisms such as air emissions, energy conservation, water conservation, waste management & most importantly, hazardous materials management. A new initiative like green procurement has also been introduced in supply chain management.
Securing the health of its customers and employees is Zavenir Daubert's topmost commitment. We continuously develop products and technologies that are non-hazardous & non-toxic. Our focus is always on the health of all stakeholders involved in the production, handling, or usage of our products. We ensure that all chemicals being supplied for the corrosion prevention and metalworking are free of hazardous substances. All products are formulated to increase the customer's economy of growth without compromising human health.
We at Zavenir Daubert, in association with our collaborators, look at fulfilling our environmental responsibility by developing products and technologies which pose no health hazard during their storage, processing, and distribution. We communicate openly and honestly with our stakeholders about the hazards and risks associated with our products and operations. All product packaging carries GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals) symbols of health hazards and safety precautions to be taken during applications. In-house expertise and global support enable us to keep all stakeholders updated concerning health matters in line with globally accepted standards.
Our success depends on healthy and competent employees. Zavenir Daubert responsible HR health policy identifies and manages health risks associated with the production process & handling. Regular health programs are conducted, which include health check-up camps and seminars by health experts.
We continuously strive to comply with chemical safety norms such as RoHS & REACH. We ensure that Zavenir Daubert products and raw materials are handled, transported, and processed safely, securely, and responsibly. The GHS signal word, hazard statements, and precautionary statements printed on packaging labels help our customers implement the operational precautions during storage, transportation, and application.
Zavenir Daubert always encourages its customers to follow the personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, first aid, firefighting, accidental release measures mentioned in the SDS. Handling and storage are the most important factors while dealing with chemicals. We are committed to follow and implement handling and storage, exposure control, and personal protection guidelines for our products at customer’s places.
Employee safety is the fundamental value of Zavenir Daubert. We monitor this performance through indicators such as Injury rates and accident-free days. The goal is to eliminate all workplace injuries (“Zero Accidents”) by promoting communication and training. Integrated management systems based on ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 have been implemented across the organization. We have used these key standards for process improvement, engineering control, emergency preparedness, and response, making Zavenir Daubert a safer workplace.

We believe in achieving a balance of economic, environmental, and social imperatives. Apart from the ongoing initiatives on economic & environmental fronts to be socially accountable, Zavenir Daubert adopted a local government school in 2015 to improve the children's facilities. Since then, with each passing day, there has been a remarkable turnaround, and this school has been nominated as the best government school in the district.
